Terms of use
Last updated August 10, 2026 · VisitPass, PBC, Seattle, Washington
These terms cover visitpass.com and the VisitPass service. Creating an account or booking a walkthrough means you agree to them.
The service
VisitPass helps hosts invite visitors, issue time-limited passes, notify hosts at arrival, and keep a guest book. We are not a physical access-control installer and we do not operate your doors.
Accounts and fees
Plans are billed per location each month, unless an enterprise order says otherwise. Visit allotments are listed on the pricing page. Fees are in USD and exclude taxes.
Your responsibilities
You must have a lawful reason to invite a visitor and to collect any contractor documents. You decide who may host, who may staff the desk, and who may export the emergency list.
Acceptable use
Do not use VisitPass to send unrelated marketing, to collect documents you are not entitled to hold, or to impersonate another building. We may suspend accounts that abuse invitations.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided as available. We do not promise every SMS will land on every carrier. To the extent allowed by Washington law, VisitPass is not liable for indirect damages, and our aggregate liability over twelve months is limited to fees you paid in that period.
Term
Monthly plans renew until cancelled. Enterprise orders follow their paper. We may terminate for material breach after notice.
Law
Washington law governs. Courts in King County, Washington have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
