Privacy notice
Last updated August 10, 2026 · VisitPass, PBC, Seattle, Washington
This notice explains how VisitPass, PBC (“VisitPass”, “we”) handles information on visitpass.com and in the VisitPass service.
Information we collect
Account data: host names, work emails, building or company, billing contacts. Visitor data: name, phone number, visit window, host, optional contractor documents the host requested, and arrival or departure events. Website data: pages viewed and ordinary server logs.
How we use it
To send visit invitations, issue time-limited passes, notify hosts, keep arrival and departure records, produce emergency visitor lists, and bill per location. We do not sell guest books.
Sharing
Processors help us host the product, send email and SMS, and store files hosts upload. They may only use data to provide those services. We disclose information if required by law.
Retention
Visit records follow the retention in your plan unless you place a hold. Emergency lists reflect who is currently marked in-building; historical books follow the same retention as arrival records.
Your choices
Account owners can export or delete location books. Visitors can ask us to remove a phone number from future invites by writing [email protected].
