The guest gets an SMS with a time and a place, then confirms a few details. Reception’s book updates before anyone is in the driveway.

Desk scans the pass
Scan a QR or confirm the SMS token. The pass is time-limited to the visit window. Jordan Hale is already on the book for Elena Cho, Floor 12.

Host hears the arrival
When the scan lands, Elena on 12 knows Jordan is in the lobby. Departure is a second tap — or an auto-close at the window’s end.

No. Visit volume is included in the plan. Extra visit packs are available if a conference week overflows Lobby.
