Workplace visitor ops · Seattle
Verify visitors before they reach the front desk.
A simpler way to welcome verified visitors. Hosts send a time-limited pass. Guests arrive already expected. Reception greets a name, not a queue of walk-up stories.

How it works
A visitor pass that behaves like hospitality.
The layer between a calendar invite and the front desk. Not a turnstile product. Not a ticket brand.
Host schedules the visit
The guest gets an SMS with a time and a place, then confirms a few details. Reception’s book updates before anyone is in the driveway.
Desk scans the pass
Scan a QR or confirm the SMS token. The pass is time-limited to the visit window. Jordan Hale is already on the book for Elena Cho, Floor 12.
Host hears the arrival
When the scan lands, Elena on 12 knows Jordan is in the lobby. Departure is a second tap — or an auto-close at the window’s end.
The invite
They open a link. They walk in expected.
No guest app
SMS and a mobile web pass. If they can open a link, they can walk in expected.
Host ping
Elena on 12 hears the arrival at the moment of the scan — not five minutes after a paper log.
Emergency list
Who is in the building, by floor, for captains. Built for teams that rehearse more than they advertise.
Customers
Desks that greet a name, not a story.
“Our shared lobby used to be a rumor mill. Now the desk sees who Elena is expecting before the elevator dings.”
“Trades show up with a pass and the document reminder already sent. The trailer is a check-in, not a copier.”
“Vendors use the service entrance with a timed pass. Floor leads get a ping.”

No. Visit volume is included in the plan. Extra visit packs are available if a conference week overflows Lobby.
Can several companies share one desk?
